Speaking up and having a voice was not easy for me. I can remember the very first time I spoke up and told my mother that “I was being molested” She told me “You are lying” Your always hanging around him” What pain and wounds that left behind. Don’t get lost in your pain with drugs, alcohol ,sex and all the bad things that comes along from sexual abuse or any abuse for that matter. Instead Get up! go get professional Help! and know that that abuse or any pain you went through does not define you Beloved!

I pray that this verse will help you to surrender in the areas you are struggling with, so that the Lord of host will give you the courage and boldness to voice what has been holding you back. Beloved don’t worry about what people will think about you, when you finally have the courage to speak up. What we fail to realize that shame and guilt will eat away at you like cancer. If you don’t find your inner strength that is Jesus to give you the strength to be bold enough to speak up ,because if you don’t speak up you will stay in bondage in your mind. Rather your pain was done by self sabotage or done by someone you trusted.Beloved it is time to be bold and have a voice.Today release that bondage that has been holding you back.Today you will find your freedom in Jesus Name.
